Out congressman sees bright future for LGBT rights Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., told an audience at a fundraiser for the Utah Stonewall Democrats that today's younger LGBT activists will live to see legal marriage for gays and lesbians and an embrace of LGBT rights in general.
